TICKET REDEMPTION: While ticket supplies last, each participant will receive one (1) Hollywood Movie Money® Certificate reward code redeemable for one (1) movie ticket with a maximum value of $12 (twelve dollars) to see Act of Valor or any other movie at participating theaters and instructions on how to redeem via email within seven (7) days after ticket request is received by Sponsor. The email will direct participants to the website http://www.activaterewards.com/lifelock where the provided reward code must be used to activate and print the Hollywood Movie Money® Certificate. The reward code expires on 03/31/2012. The Hollywood Movie Money® Certificate expires two (2) months from online code activation and user must comply with all terms and conditions specified by Hollywood Movie Money® https://www.activaterewards.com/terms_and_conditions/hmm. Hollywood Movie Money® Certificate not used by the date noted on the certificate will be void. Any amount remaining of any certificate after initial use will be forfeited.
